Yes it can!

For the Ad Launcher it Language can be chosen under "Advanced Settings" simply enter the language you wish to have your copy written in.

For the Ad Rewrite function it will have to be under "New Ad Outcome" for this function tell the AI to "write the ad in Spanish" for example.
