My Ad Account data is not populating, what should I do?

Sometimes, usually after signing up for AdCopy.ai you might not see your pages or other account data populating inside the AdCopy app.

If this happens, please consider the following:

  1. Data population
    After setting up AdCopy.ai app, please be patient as it may take 10-15 minutes for all your data to fully load and populate, depending on the size of data.

  2. Facebook Integration
    To seamlessly integrate your Facebook profile, make sure the Facebook profile you're using has full admin privileges for the ad account. Note that Facebook can always invalidate the security token if you recently changed some sensitive info such as password, payment instrument update etc. In that case, you will see the following warning in the integration settings:

    AdCopy-Facebook-Token-Invalidated
