Managing the users inside your Agency account was never easier! We made this workflow simple for you. To add the user to your account, navigate to Settings > Organization:
Click on the Invite Members button, and a new modal will show up:
Insert the email of the new member of your Agency account and then set their privileges.
Full Brand Access - Grants all privileges over the brand
Member - Assigns privileges only to selected brands. If you create new brands, you will need to update their permissions in this section.
Click the Submit button:
The user will get the invite on the email address.
There are two mandatory considerations here:
1. The user email cannot be associated with the active AdCopy user or be a member of another AdCopy Agency Account.
2. The email address must not be fictional, as we will send the invite with a one-time password.
The invited user will receive the email like this:
Once the user accepts the email invitation, they will become part of your organization and will be able to manage the account according to their assigned permissions.
